It can be a result of having too many choices and not being able to decide which one to go with. How does our mind get cluttered with so many thoughts, many of them of not much use to us? Mental clutter can be caused when we are stressed about something. The book devotes four sections to each of these perspectives. So, how do we solve this? How to break the loop, gain control over our mind and thoughts and how to appreciate what we currently have? The book describes this as ‘decluttering’ and this is explained from four perspectives - decluttering our thoughts, our life obligations, our relationships and our surroundings. Distractions such as food, drugs, work, etc may help for the time being but the negative thoughts come back again, and the vicious circle starts afresh. The negative ones may have disruptive impact on us.ĭespite currently having everything that we need to have a happy life, we might still not be able to enjoy our lives if our mind is clouded with negative thoughts. These thoughts can be positive, negative or neutral. Our thoughts give shape to our perception of reality. If you are in order pulling, this job is fast pace and super demanding for very low wages. Managers are nice and everyone is understanding. Depending on your job it’s an ok place, I repaired phones and that was easy but the pay was very very low.
